We made the brick oven by our original design. The bricks are piled up in the shape of a dome to keep radiant heat inside. Please check it out !

Pizza Pittore

Our special pizza is the harmony of the pizza dough and it’s fresh ingredients. For example simple pizza “Aglio” is the only tomato source and garlic, but the balance is exquisite! Please try it !

The Pizzaiolo of Pittore draws pictures on the wall of the Restaurant , cut the tree , split firewood , kneads the dough by hand and flattens it and confronts the flame of the oven to bake the pizza. Those all acts are working in Pittore.
